Introduction to NFPA 13D – 2010 Edition

Class is 4 hours (1:00pm to 5:00pm)

Overview: This class is for individuals with little or no experience with residential fire sprinkler systems. This is an overview of the performance objectives, design requirements, spacing considerations, piping options, and water supplies for these systems. This is also a great refresher before the 8 hour plan review class.

Overview: This is intended to follow and reinforce the 4 hour introduction class. Class provides an in depth discussion of residential systems filled with numerous examples and hands on exercises. Methods of reviewing hydraulic calculations will be discussed. The day will finish with an actual plan review of a residential system and calculations. Many useful checklists, charts, and data sheets are provided.
