Committee Meeting Minutes

April 22, 2005

1. The Fire Codes and Ammonia Refrigeration Systems class was held Tuesday, April 19, 2005. The class was taught by Jeff Shapiro of International Code Consultants. Jeff did a great job and the class was very well received. The fire service and private industry were both well represented as attendees. Several fire prevention officers from Southern California attended and suggested the class be held down there. Danielle has passed this suggestion on to the Southern Fire Service Education Committee.
2. Lorin Neyer taught a class on hospital inspections last year that sold out. The class is being offered again Kaiser Walnut Creek on May 31, 2005. Visit the website for a copy of the flier.
3. We reviewed the status of the classes we are in the process of developing. As they become available, we will have announcements sent out and the fliers placed on the website.
