General Discussion: 

I met with Bob Cach with Firewatch Investigations who will be a contract fire investigator for Alameda County Fire. He is developing a business that will provide fire investigations and related support on an on-call basis for public agencies.

We are still working on developing the list serve for public safety fire investigators, are regularly attending the board meeting with the California Conference of Arson Investigators, and are working on cosponsoring several training classes with allied agencies and organizations.

As previously noted, we really would like and need more participation in the committee. If you cannot participate in the committee and you have ideas that will further our efforts in fire investigation, please do not hesitate to contact either co-chair.
