North and South’s committee’s collective list still being tabulated Rick Terry is coordinating this effort. The list continues to evolve as the reviews and comments from other State’s come in.
Conflicting issues/ positions on code change positions are to be "blended" together by the co-chairs. Those code provisions not agreed upon by the North and the South will not be spoken upon by either North or South.
The Haz Mat committee will be meeting and sending in their report this week
The Building and Fire committees will be meeting jointly next Thursday’ in San Ramon
Rick Terry will be sending out the combined list via email to the co-chairs who can forward it out to the various members.
General discussion regarding the code process and the use of the combined sheet
Top five items for the code hearings are identified as being shaded in the left column of the combined sheet.
All positions must be in by next Thursday’s meeting in San Ramon
Rocque to put together an IAP to streamline our combined effort regarding travel and logistical issues.
Re-submittal packages following the Orlando hearings are due back to ICC by January 24th 2007.
RE: State process:
The SFM Notice for Open Public Comment opens the beginning of September. The SFM may be asking for NorCal input in response to comments received specific to items NorCal worked on. The SFM will have only 10 days to comment.
