*** Members of the committee met separately throughout the month in preparation for Rochester, NY ICC Hearings. 

Agenda Item #1

Fire Code Committee met with the Building Standards Committee to touch base with Incident Action Plan and Positions Worksheet. Clarification to worksheet format was made to ensure consistency and clarity to users during the conference. Rocque will reformat and forward to Rick Terry prior to Wednesday. A conference call is scheduled for Monday morning 14May07 at 0900 with all co-chairs North and South.

Agenda Item #2

We verified fire code committee members attending the Rochester hearings. Morgana Chan from the Executive Board will stick it out through Saturday to ensure we have Executive support throughout the Fire Code and WUI hearings.

We completed all positions North and South for all Fire Code items and are attached with these minutes.

Larry Pasero and Rocque Yballa started final draft of Incident Action Plan for Rochester.
