In Attendance:

Ron Keefer, Co Chair Menlo Park Fire District

The Committee Co Chairs began discussing positions on Code Changes that will be heard at the upcoming Uniform Fire Code Hearing in Palm Springs, California. The Hearing is scheduled for May 31 & June 1. Topics to be heard include:

Less restrictive storage requirements for S Occupancies,
Ethylene Generators,
Alternative regulations for Ammonia Refrigeration Systems,
Toxic liquid and gas piping systems,
An Appendix Standard for On-Site Fleet Refueling

Positions for all issues will be reaffirmed at the May Nor Cal Meeting, in Burlingame.
