Executive Board Meeting 

Board discussed with Tom Oakes the role or mission of the PPAC.

Discussion: The PPAC would maintain historical perspective, encourage participation form Past Presidents, many of whom have been inactive. Much of this could occur via e-mail.

Discussed honoring Past Presidents at the Christmas meeting.

Kevin Scott brought up topic of expending funds to support the interactive code review program introduced by Scott Albers at the March meeting. Initial cost of $1500 ($300 annually thereafter). Vote taken to postpone final decision until the complete Board can discuss issue.

Vote Passed

Reviewed future meeting schedule, programs/locations, including joint meetings with SoBay FPO in August and LAAFM in October

Discussed the cost of the meeting ($16/head for "The Reef") and the revenue generated by the Sergeant at Arms ($15). "The Reef" owes the amount of the deposit ($100).

Discussed the response due the committee chairs subsequent to their budget submittals.

Penni received a check for $73 (raffle prizes)

Discussed the level of detail required in minutes, specifically when voting is involved. Consensus opinion was that the results of votes should be in the minutes, but without the tally or names.

Kevin Scott will be attending the ICC Final Action Hearing in Overland Park, Kansas next week, May 17-21.
